The AMF has introduced a common notification form for crypto-asset service providers (CASPs) and digital asset service providers (DASPs) to notify their intention to provide services under Article 60 of Regulation (EU) 2023/1114. This form is effective from 30 January 2026.
The notification form is required under Article 60 of Regulation (EU) 2023/1114, known as the MiCA Regulation. It allows financial entities to notify the AMF or the ACPR of their intention to provide crypto-asset services.
The form applies to credit institutions, central securities depositories, investment firms, electronic money institutions, AIF or UCITS management companies, and market operators listed under Article 60 of the MiCA Regulation.
The transitional period for MiCA will end on 6 July 2026, at which point the full implementation of the regulation will take effect. Compliance teams should prepare to submit the notification form as required before this date.
